At Schneider Electric Energy Solutions, he penetrated new markets, attaining $50M in contracts across five verticals in three geographic markets. With an enduring focus on sales productivity, he drove 28% revenue growth in one year despite a 30% reduction in sales force. Fred delivered exceptional insights across functional verticals: finance, sales, marketing, operations, legal, engineering and services. In a staff role at ConEdison Solutions, Fred co-created strategic plans for five lines of business and evaluated alliances, acquisitions, new business ventures and strategic initiatives. He leveraged a multi-disciplinary perspective encompassing sales, marketing, finance, legal and risk to evaluate and present business opportunities. Fred identified a $42M opportunity at ConEdison Solutions and leveraged his skills in high-level presentations to persuade the board of directors to make that crucial investment. He negotiated $3M in fee income to ConEd Solutions over the first 24 months, increasing total net earnings to ~$7M. In just one year at Osram Sylvania Lighting Solutions, Fred reinvented the go-to-market strategy, further transforming a lighting maintenance company to a solutions-based sales organization targeting Fortune 1000 clients. He accelerated revenue growth by leading a transformation in the business model in response to market disruption.
